Sam's Story
At 17, I was in a motorcycle accident that left me paralyzed. Doctors told me I’d never walk again—but they were wrong. Through stem cell treatments, countless hours in therapy, and sheer determination, I’m proving that recovery is possible.
Now, I want to give others the same chance.
MEAUXBILITY is dedicated to empowering individuals with spinal cord injuries by providing access to life-changing resources—fundraising for medical treatments, therapy, and rehabilitation equipment. We help those who are ready to put in the work but need support to access the tools that can change their lives.

Our balance and fall prevention program is designed to help patients reduce their risk of falls and improve their overall balance and coordination. We provide personalized exercise programs, education on fall prevention strategies, and home safety assessments.
